I admit that this recipe is 100% NOT my own. I got it off of Allrecipes.com, and though it's a bit of work, it's sooo worth it!
CLONE OF A CINNABON
Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened
Icing:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start. After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls (Note: mine actually made 16 rolls, but I think that my dough rectangle was more like 18x24). Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (200 degrees C). Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes (Note: the original recipe calls for 400 degrees for 15 minutes, but my oven runs hot, so I adjusted and found that this time/temp combo worked best for me). While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
Oooey, Gooey, Sticky and Amazing.
Oh, and if you think that all that work is too much for one morning, you can do what I did: once you've cut your dough into rolls and put them in your 9x13 pan, cover them and put the pan into the refrigerator. They will rise overnight and then you can just pop 'em in the oven in the morning!

I can say first hand that these were delicious. Chris and I ate more last night.
I have been hearing so many good things about this recipe, and now after reading your post I'm definitely going to give these a try. Bookmarking it for later... thanks!! Oh, and I'll be splitting up the work like you did too. That's a great tip!
